We are looking for a candidate with STRONG exposure to RETAIL training and development ( FMCG , Lifestyle and other RETAIL companies)
JOB Description :
Training Strategy Creation :
- Create Own Retail Training Strategy
- Ensure the training strategy is customized for Own retail by alignment to the distribution of stores and employees
- Ensure continuous validation of strategy via study of field operations and making changes if required to the strategy and/or process
Training Delivery and Governance :
- Create delivery mechanism for the agreed strategy via strategic partners
- Ensure strong governance mechanisms are put in place to drive the strategy
- Ensure implementation of training guidelines at stores.
- Design strong audit guidelines for monitoring training delivery at all store locations, across the country & implement the same.
Operations :
- Monitor, review and drive performance of training partner
- Drive training and certification targets for new and existing store staff
- Identify gaps & create solutions to improve the induction & output of store staff
Content Management :
- Conceptualize, get developed and implement content for all training
- Ensure content creation for all new launches
- Conduct periodic need-gap-analysis and use the same to improve on the existing content quality
Financial :
- Ensure continuous improvement in strategy and process to reduce costs
