Sr Manager - HR
Our Client is the Indian subsidiary of one of world's leading end-to-end entertainment service provider for theatrical, television, commercials, and home entertainment worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to help establish & Scaleup their Indian Operations. This position will be based in Pune.
Job Description:
- This is a critically important team member whose main role will involve ongoing management and organization of daily operations pertaining to key HR functions/ admin and supervising a staff of five.
- S(he) will provide administrative and data entry direction to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness within the team while ensuring that the service meets agreed quality standards through a customer-focused approach.
- S(he) would also be expected to manage the administration of organizational policies, procedures and programs. Exposure to payroll processing, attendance and leave reconciliation is a significant advantage.
- S(he) must have worked in a corporate, preferably multi-national, environment with at least 10 to 12 years total experience in Human Resources and 4-5 years supervisory exposure.
The successful candidate will possess superior organizational skills and be provided autonomy for meeting all deadlines. A sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices is highly desirable.
