Experience: 9 – 13 years of experience
Job Description:
- Partner with business heads to understand their needs and provide appropriate HR services.
- Design and implement Succession planning for key roles
- Responsible for driving key initiatives in the areas of employee relations and retention
- Instrumental in formulating & evolving Organizational policies & procedures
- Ensure a workforce which is not only functionally but behaviorally aligned to the organisation compliance's objectives
- Drive a performance oriented culture by continuously improving the systems & processes for effective implementation
- Act as a partner in driving an effective & efficient hiring strategy for the organisation
- Develop and drive change management initiatives across the contact center:
- Design & execute leadership development plans within the contact center
- Responsible for Organisation development initiatives
- Advise VP on compensation and benefit strategy
- Work closely with Joint Support Managers and Head to provide them direction and guidance from a HR standpoint
Work Timings : 1 – 10 / 2- 11 pm (Monday to Friday)
CTC offered : Upto 19.00 Lakhs P.A.
