- We have a mandate to hire an HR Business Partner for a top organisation of 2003-05 batch from premier institutes (XLRI,TISS,SCMHRD,SIBM,MDI) and currently working with Tier 1 organisation. The person will be accountable for HR for a section of employees and will lead a small team of HR professionals.

- The person should be dynamic , result oriented person from a fast moving performance oriented multi-national firm.

- You must have handled complex situations , worked with senior management or high intense workforce, strong relationship management and stable stints in good professional MNC organisation in services space
