Responsibilities:

- Develop, revise and execute training programs that are in line with the overall corporate strategic goals

- Research emerging industry trends, new technologies, concepts and techniques to update current training curriculum as appropriate.

- Monitor training results that include tracking information, costs and effectiveness and feedback for company training programs.

- Oversee, manage and institutionalize Training efforts and framework within the Organization.

- Devises new training techniques and recommends the enhancement to existing internal Business Unit training programs.

- Responsible for improving the productivity & effectiveness of an organization's employees.

- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.

- Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.

- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

- Develop trainer development programs and coach others involved in training efforts, providing effective growth and development opportunities.

- -Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.

- Manage all internal communication content and activities for the organization.

- Track and measure performance objectively through reports and other decision making.

- Predictive models and conduct scenario analyses for HR Processes

- Design and implementation of Human Resource programs for Orientation, Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition programs.

- Performance management process including goal setting, deployment of dashboards and performance appraisals design.

- Organization Development initiatives and Career & Succession planning.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum 7 – 10 years experience in the HR field. Previous experience in training is optional

- Excellent skills on data analytics and measurements.

- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.

- Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.

- Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.

Education Qualifications:

- BSc/B.E Degree with an MBA from Premier B school
