Senior Position - HR - Generalist
Looking for a senior personnel in HR having 15 to 25 years of experience. The candidates must have handled pan India responsibilities.
Location - Mumbai.
Job responsibilities:
- Strong in handling large HR operations.
- Co-lead for India Business Alliance : Prepared a structure of India Forum with team structure and detailed plan of initiatives for the year.
- Being a Strategic Partner to the business from HR
- Regional Lead for Talent Development: Lead for performance management across businesses
- Work with Business unit Heads and global managers on strategic planning, talent acquisition, Succession Planning, and Talent Management, Leadership and other HR initiatives.
- Partnering with Global teams on HR policies, talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and other HR activities.
- Employee Engagement: Designed and rolled out various engagement initiatives like an in-house Employee
Engagement Survey, Pulse, Skip meetings, ITea meetings, Automated Birthdays & Anniversary messages to employees, etc.
- Managed and implemented various Project streams within HR like Communications, Employee Engagement,
Succession Planning and Competency Mapping.
- Conducted various skill based training programs for HR and businesses.
Preferred an MBA from a premier B-school.
