- Managing recruitment activities like sourcing, interview coordination, updating recruitment MIS, vendor payouts
- Responsible for onboarding of new joinees by ensuring the documentation, induction, liasioning for admin and IT requirements
- Driving Employee Engagement initiatives on weekly basis
- Planning and organizing employee recognition program on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintaining the leave and attendance database
- Ensuring smooth exit of the resigned associates
- Maintaining a training database, collation of feedback and training records
- Analyzing attrition, productivity and other metrics to make HR dashboard
Job Specifications
- Post Graduate with at least 2 years of prior experience in HR
