- Responsible for Manpower planning, Employee Engagement, Team connects; skip level meets, implementation of various HR processes / systems from Corporate HR team from time to time.
- Presenting monthly dash boards
- Responsible for Top Talent programs, Goals, strategic meetings with business Heads to ensure a seamless partnering role is achieved.
- Incharge for design, implementation and monitoring of Talent, Learning & Development, Performance Management & OD processes
- Strategic Talent partner and HR business advisor to leadership team, line managers and HR verticals across locations for talent needs, leadership development, Hi potential assessment, deployment & succession mgt.
- Oversee implementation of compensation strategy, reward programs, benefits administration, HR policies and compliances
