Sr HR Business Partner - IT/ITeS/Services

Looking for a senior HR Business Partner (preferably a lady) for a Niche IT services organization.

Seasoned HR professionals - preferably with a back ground in IT/ITES/Services space in HR Business partner roles

Willing to work out of Trivandrum, Kerala

Masters in Psychology , MBA -HR

- The role will require you to independently manage the HRBP role for a Niche team

- Manage employee grievances, employee engagement, performance management, career development, leadership development, succession planning initiatives reporting directly into the Head HR
