Human Resource Business Partner (Sr)-Akamai Technologies
Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leaders to drive talent management programs including; Performance Management, employee engagement, coaching, Leadership development, organization development, compensation analysis and recommendations etc.
- Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management.
- Ensure implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations/ engagement efforts.
- Develop resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Uses judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
- This position would require you to work from 12.00 pm - 9.00 pm.
Basic Qualifications
- A Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management.
- 8-10 years HR experience in a high growth environment (preferably in a high-tech organization) and should have been an actively contributing member as a HR Business Partner or equivalent at least for the last 5 years.
- High-energy, intelligent, self- driven, articulate, and persuasive personality.
- Capable of conceiving of innovative solutions that support Akamai mission and goals.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A roll up your sleeves and get it done leadership style and marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
- A proactive communicator.
- Knowledge of HR law and applications.
- Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization.
