Job Description:
- Partner with business to facilitate organization and culture change.
- Manage Employee Relation and resolving queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, sytems etc.
- Responsible for a vertical in a generalist field
- Act as a catalyst for building Organizational Effectiveness within the business.
- Educate business on HR trends that affect the business.
- Assist in design, development and implementation of on-going associate development, calibration and succession planning processes
- Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required.
- Expert level generalist skills and strong consulting and analytical skills are essential.
- Identify learning needs of the employees.
- Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees.
- Bring about process improvements in the assigned BU
- Support business objective through implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes
- Good understanding of the company business and industry as a whole
- Analyze existing programs and make recommendations where necessary for ongoing improvements.
- Areas for research are performance management, succession planning, competency development, and leadership development and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources. 2 years full time is must.
- Typically 15+ years of relevant experience in a generalist role from a large IT Companies
- Should have handled headcount strength of over 5000
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong functional acumen.
- Leadership Skills.
