Desired Profile

He /She shall be a graduate/post graduate with 10-12 years experience and 4-6 years in driving Quality structure for HR function

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Prioritization and Alignment to business Strategy & Objectives

- As a Change Leader instil Assurance culture in the organisation

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills project management skills

- Knowledge of statistical tools and hands on with statistical softwares – minitab and ms office tools

- Strong people management skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Six sigma and lean certifications

- Train the Trainer Certification with ability to coach and train people on six sigma and lean concepts

- Adhere to compliance to Quality standards (ISO, Lean Methodology etc)

- Do goal setting with the team and ensure effective and measurable reviews and feedback mechanisms (MRC, Operations-review, dashboards, BQC’s)

- Follow appraisal and feedback mechanism
