We are having requirement for the position of Sr.GM-Sales & Marketing for a leading manufacturer of capital equipments which is used in Chemical and OEM Industry. Location would be in Kalyan Bhiwandi Road which is outside of Grater Mumbai.

- Candidate should have passed out Post Graduate/Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.

- Candidate will be reporting to Director/CEO

- Candidate would have the exposure of team management because he would be the only one who can take decision of sales,sales planning,costing,production. Need to coordinate with Departmental management, production team,accountant,HR team.

- 18 to 25 yrs of experience in independently marketing to End Users,consulting firms and EPC Contractors large value systems,plants and equipment.

- He will personally identify and visit potential customers to generate esquires for above mentioned systems.

- Independently discuss and clarify all technical issues with customers and evolve a technically clear inquiry for company's process/proposal group to prepare a process package.

- Process excellent man management skills to enlarge company's customer base and establish footprint in new areas.Willing to travel in India/Overseas extensively.
