They are into the Consumer Finance space with operations across North India and rapidly expanding to other parts. In line with their expansion plans they are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to be part of their growing set-up.  Job Description :  Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:  - Controlling of accounting, reporting and compliance processes  - Manage the entire tax for the India business  - Set-up financial processes for the company  - Work closely with the CFO and managed the finance vertical along with him  The Successful Applicant :  - You are a CA with 6+ years of post qualification experience.   - You will have prior experience in financial control within a NBFC or Big 4 and be well versed in NBFC accounting and legal compliances.   - Strong experience of IFRS/IGAAP accounting standards is required.   - You will also have experience of setting up financial control processes and be willing to work in a start-up environment to establish the operations in India.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills to enable reporting to senior management is expected.  What's on Offer :  Opportunity to join a growing organization in the initial phase and work closely with the CFO to set-up a robust finance function here in India.
