About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Equity firm with over a billion dollar of investment under management. With their efforts to expand operations across the globe, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Finance Manager.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director Finance, your key responsibilities amongst others would include:

- End to End controllership for the global entities.

- Global operations for the fund.

- Preparation and review of financial statement as per US GAAP for the entities.

- Timely audit completion and managing audit program for the global entities.

- Management reporting and preparation of monthly operational and financial statements.

- Understand implications of international direct tax for the global operations..

- Implementing written policies, procedures and standard operating procedures of the fund and investment companies.

- Providing a detailed monthly report on status of compliance, highlight issues of non compliance.

- Working with multiple levels and global teams.

- Other accounting and finance initiatives including treasury, cash flow forecasting, investor communication.

The Successful Candidate - Qualified CA + CS with 5 to 6 years of post qualification experience with exposure to controllership, handling compliance, preparation of financial statements and financial reporting.

- Prior experience in PE firm, Big4 or a Large Multi-Nationals.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
