Looking for Sr Executive Talent Acquisition for our BPO client (One of the best IT Companies in India to work for) to take care of Lateral and Leadership hiring. Candidate should be from Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Works within the Executive Recruiting Team and is responsible for managing end-to-end executive recruiting process for talent across multiple lines of business/disciplines including sourcing, interviewing and guiding the selection process.

Responsibilities:

- Work directly with senior level management on high-level leadership requisitions.

- You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing mandates with top talent.

- Build relationships with strong leadership talent in the marketplace. Source passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing.

- Evaluate skill level, conduct efficient and professional interview process, and drive offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.

- Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

Minimum qualifications:

- Full Time MBA degree with 2-5 yrs experience in recruitment.

- Should have worked in a BPO / Shared Service Environment in the recruitment team handling lateral positions for atleast 1+ yrs.

Preferred qualifications:

- This position demands a balance of creativity, drive, and interpersonal savvy.

- Proven experience with executive recruitment in BPO / FnA / SCM / HRO in domestic and international markets.

- Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends and the ability to grasp new technologies.

- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple clients, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process.

- Proven organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
