Job Responsibilities:
Content creation - Driving and sustaining user engagement & fan growth on social media accounts through driving & sustaining the growth of Fans + Engagement Index, Analysing the weekly insights of social media pages and applying the learnings for Content & Strategy planning, Tracking & Analysing the performance of Competition on all social media platforms and ensuring that we continue to lead in the category.
Community Management - Managing social media pages, keeping the community engaged by consistently creating compelling content. Managing online contests and feedback in a real time environment.
Campaign Evaluation - Managing, measuring and evaluating the social media campaigns.
Communications strategy - The Community Manager is responsible for creating editorial plans to provide direction for the brand's social media communications.
Analytics - Using various Analytics platforms and measurement tools to provide reports.
