Responsibilities
- Lead generation through cold calling and e-mails
- Achieve weekly/ monthly targets for qualified lead generation
- Support towards achieving targets for lead conversion to business/customers
- Update and increase list of customers to be targeted based on research, mining market intelligence etc.
- Adhere to campaign plans and suggest towards improvement of the same
- Regular reporting of various metrics to defined set of stakeholders
- Ensure call & e-mail quality is maintained and enhanced continuously
Expectations: Expertise and Skills
- 4 years of experience in inside sales
- MBA from a premier institute
- Open to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proven track record in inside sales to customers in USA, UK
- Prior experience and knowledge in Business Intelligence preferable
