We are looking for HR professionals for Sr Exec/AM level for one of the leading General Entertainment Channel in India.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: MBA - HR from an institute of repute
REPORTING TO: Associate Director HR
Specific Responsibilities:
1. The incumbent will be responsible and overlook all HR activities including compensation & benefits, recruitment, learning and development, rewards & recognition, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, change management, HRIS, supporting safety initiatives, legal and ethics compliance for the branch office.
2. To assist in formulating HR philosophy and strategies in accordance with the organizations business plan.
3. Will be responsible to manage resolution of employee relations concerns through effective application of current company policies and identify legal requirements affecting the HR functions and assure compliance.

1. Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization to ensure closure of tasks.
2. Must have excellent presentation and analytical skills
3. Should be able to withstand work pressure and handle crisis situations with utmost maturity
Special skills:
1. Candidate should have a proven track record for ensuring harmonious industrial relations & productive culture at all times.
2. Should have exposure in handling unions, wage settlements, legal matters, arbitration, conciliations, etc.
3. Must possess excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with a flair for people management.
