Sr Engagment Manager - Investment Banking

As a Sr. Engagement Manager you will be closely working with the Senior Management Team to leadpractice development including project delivery in the Investment Banking domain, as well as solutioning and POC (proof of concept) development.

- In addition, you will be responsible for managing team members as a career manager and be a key contributor to drive other organizational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearheading the IB practice independently from a delivery, solutioning (business development, business development support and creating Proof Concepts) and thought leadership perspective.

- Possess deep subject matter knowledge to lend additional credibility and add value at all stages and levels.

Relevant Experience:

- Relevant work experience of around 10-12 years in Investment Banking support processes and Strategy Consulting in renowned Organizations managing overall responsibilities of the SBU

- Experience in Investment Banking operations or with Investment Banking captives in following activities at an operational as well as strategic level – comp analysis, writing pre-placement memorandums, Investment Memos, etc.

- Has managed large teams (30-40) for running large scale IB processes

- Process orientation and high level of comfort with usage as well as customization of Technology tools

- Adept at detailed financial models

- Industry thought leadership

- Clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements
