Sr Engagement Manager - Banking

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearheading the Banking practice independently from a delivery, solutioning (business development, business development support and creating Proof Concepts) and thought leadership perspective.

- Possess deep subject matter knowledge to lend additional credibility and add value at all stages and levels like Project Delivery,Business Development and Solutioning, People Management

Relevant Experience:

- Relevant work experience of around 10-12 years in Banking and Strategy Consulting in renowned Organizations

- Experience and sound understanding of Banking strategy, operations, processes and banking analytics at an operational as well as a strategic level

- Process orientation and high level of comfort with usage as well as customization of Technology tools

- Industry thought leadership

- Adept at detailed financial models, clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements
