Senior Marketing Manager, Customer lifecycle management (Email) - eComm

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in an exciting, fast growing eComm business.
The ideal candidate has an unbridled passion for technology and an entrepreneurial spirit. Duties will include definition of the Organization's customer life-cycle management strategy, development of email programs to improve the customer acquisition and retention, development of email programs that improve ongoing customer engagement, and data analysis to improve the effectiveness of these programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email programs that help new customers sign-up on the webpage.
- Use data and testing to optimize and improve email content and targeting for all customer communications
- Define the Online email strategy for Organization.
- Identify, acquire, and integrate new tools and technologies for marketing automation Define, report on, and optimize key metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferred.
- Education: From Premier, Top B-schools only
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business, engineering and/or relevant field of study
- Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record staying on budget
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An MBA is preferred
- Experience in the online advertising industry / Retail / eComm
- At least 6 years of product management or marketing experience in the Internet, media and high-tech industries.
- Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
- The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
