About Our Client
Our client is a US based MNC into consumer goods and durables. They have been in the country for over a decade and expanding fast now. They have their own manufacturing plants and follow a distributor model for sales.
Job Description
Reporting into the Head Management accounting and commercial, following will be your role:
- Use financial analytics & business acumen to provide strategic guidance to the sales team & distributors for improved sales & profitability.
- Guide distributors on KPI review & performance reviews Analyze trends, performance KPIs & other concern areas along with RSM Responsible for drawing up strategy for regions, long term plans, forecast and review of actual performance against them.
- Manage AR/credit notes for reimbursement and other distributor queries.
- Handhold new distributors and ensure long term administrative support & guidance to help her build her business.
- Act as a bridge between central finance & region.
- Share distributors concern and suggest solutions.
- Conduct hygiene audit at distributors place to ensure quality of administrative of administration & sound financials.
The Successful Applicant
- You are a CA/ ICWA/ MBA finance with 6+ years of post qualification experience in finance specifically in planning and analysis, reporting, MIS, drawing strategies and with a commercial mindset. Manufacturing background is preferred. You should have the ability to analyze data into useful information. You should be willing to travel for 30 percent of the time.
