Sr Director - Sales Analytics

Our client is a leading analytics consulting firm with major presence in US, UK and EU market and strong delivery base in India. They are looking for a senior analytics professional with strong experience as a business leader to manage their sales analytics team supporting pharma and life sciences, healthcare, retail, FMCG and BFSI domain.

Job Description

Reporting into Head of Analytics, as a Business Head, you will drive the sales analytics practice leading a large team to deliver on client engagements across pharma and life sciences, healthcare, retail, FMCG and BFSI domain in a global environment. You would be responsible for business development, solutioning, service delivery and running the P&L for sales analytics business managing a large team. You would also work closely with global teams to help in shaping key client deals and ensuring timely delivery.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a Masters with minimum of 15 years of relevant experience working in Sales analytics for a consumer business.

You should have strong experience of working in analytics across marketing analytics, campaign analytics, incentive planning, customer retention etc.

Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

Ability to lead large teams and proven track record of managing business of atleast 20 mn USD size.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
