Sr Director - Public Relations/Client Servicing/Operations

A Leading Public Relations firm is looking for Sr. Director ( Client Servicing, Public Relations, Operations).

This position will report to CEO or to the Vice President.

The Incumbent will manage overall Operations which includes

- Strategic Communications Plans

- Development and Production of Publications

- Presentations and Oral Communications

- New Business Pitches

- Media Relations (Indian & international press)

- Writing Articles

- Media Training for Spokespersons

- Thought Leadership Platforms for Spokespersons

- Crisis Management

2) Skills & Prior Experience:

- Strong oral, editing and written skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to supervise and motivate the client team

- Ability to handle and manage stressful situations

- Business presentation skills including their development, both for clients and prospective clients

- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously

- Ability to think creatively

- Ability to plan strategically and globally

- Ability to write strategic materials for client

- Ability to budget programs and understand the financial aspects of the client relationship

- Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
