Sr Director - Consulting - IIT/IIM/ISB/XLRI

Client - A Reputed Management Consulting Major with offices in US & India

Designation: Sr Director (Green Card Holder / US Citizenship / have valid H1B visa)

Education - B Techs from IITs + MBA’s from IIMs/ISB/XLRI

Total Experience: 10-15 years

Location: US

Role & Responsibilities:

- Managing client relations and building business pipeline, nurture and grow new clients

- Create market opportunities for business development for the company through networking, innovative means and working on building proposals

- Should be willing to face challenges, take risks and be creative in finding solutions and take decisions evaluating their implications in the long term

- Participate in industry forums or public speaking

- Own, manage and contribute to consulting assignments through project conceptualization and delivery plan

- Oversee projects managed by other Managers

- Own a quarterly revenue target that is higher than that of Managers

- Ensure practice growth by managing client project delivery

- Mentor and guide by managing project teams’ aspirations, needs and expectations and help them grow and deliver quality projects

- Display a capability of managing larger responsibilities in the organization identifying totally with its values

- Manage the career aspirations and personal growth of reporting team members

- Facilitate frequent interaction amongst direct reports and their respective teams by being more approachable and empathetic

- Constantly keep updating knowledge base in areas that are relevant to business and also ensure that the teams below go through training as and when necessary

Required Skills:

- Expertise in Business Development and GTM in a consulting environment

- High degree of understanding in Globalization across R&D and IT functions

- Experience and rigor in consulting, research methodologies and frameworks

- Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders and projects concurrently

- Ability to take up organizational level responsibilities and functions
