Job Scope:

The function is dedicated to sell our MES software based solution to the Food & Beverage (F&B) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers. The position reports to APAC Direct Sales Director with responsibility of achieving sales quota assigned for MES solutions by closely working with designated account customers, marketing manager, proposal team, technical consultants and delivery team. The position is required to maximize revenue and margins by developing business opportunities from existing and new customers and delivering value proposition to target customers to help customers to achieve their business performance objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for MES solution sales to designated accounts to meet the assigned sales quota.

- Maintain strong sales pipeline from the designated accounts by creating sales opportunities through -

- Initiating Customer engagements to create opportunities by presenting our value proposition

- Working with various supporting groups such as Technical Sales Consultants, Delivery Team, Marketing Team, Global experts and support teams.

- Develop and drive mid & long term business strategies and marketing plan for designated accounts.

- Build strategic customer relationships to achieve sales strategies and objectives.

- Lead sales pursuit by developing winning strategy, mobilizing pursuit team from various resourcing group and negotiating with customer up to closing opportunity.

- Provide timely sales data, reports and analysis to enable regular cadence on progress.

- Responsible to drive the approval process by fully understanding of costing structure and market winning price to close the opportunity

Competencies:

- Good understanding of F&B and CPG business concerns/issues and overview of software solutions in this space.

- Experience of selling MES or similar solutions to the F&B and CPG industries

- Develop/pursue sales lead/pipeline via professional/personal connections, client’s visit and solution campaign.

- Develop strong relationship and trust with customers to understand customers’ pains/requirements and to leverage the wealth of overall expertise to satisfy customers’ needs.

- Understand competitors, their strategies and counter-tactics.

- Understand how to develop strategic account plan and execute sales initiatives working with technical consultants.

Requirements:

- Degree in any Engineering discipline

- 5-10 years of relevant (Software for F&B and CPG Industries) sales working and management experience

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in English to handle all interactions with internal stakeholders

- Should be familiar with at least one other language relevant to the geography he/she is responsible for (Thai/Vietnamese/Mandarin)
