Job Location : Delhi/ NCR

Designation : Associate / Asst. Manager (Corporate & International taxation)

Technical Expectations:

1. Representation before Income Tax Authorities for assessment proceedings which includes:

- Co-coordinating with clients for collating information / documents for appearance

- Verification / review of information / documents given by client

- Preparing submissions and appearance before authorities

2. Follow-up activities with the department - rectification, refunds, demand etc.

3. Assisting partners / seniors in appellate proceedings i.e. before CIT (A) / CIT and ITAT

4. Transfer pricing:

- Assisting in issue of Form No. 3CEB

- Preparation of TP study report

- Other related matters

5. Advisory services - under supervision of partner / senior

- Vetting of tax computation / provision for tax working

- Advisory services routine matters such as TDS compliance etc.

- Assisting partners in providing opinions / transaction advisory services

6. Contribution to quarterly technical journals, yearly budget analysis, newsletters & articles.

7. Computation of advance tax, withholding taxes, deferred tax, and corporate income tax.

8. Attending to all- direct- tax queries, internal as well as external.

Personal Specifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountancy (CA )

Work Experience : 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate & International Taxation preferably with reputed firms.

CTC: (CTC is negotiable and is based on candidate's background)
