Title : Sr DGM - SALES & MARKETING – MH

Based at Pune ; reports to MD

Company : Industrial leader with JV with European giant

Responsibilities

- Day to Day management of sales and marketing activities with special emphasis on ground level activities.

- Management of distribution network through a team of 3 or 4 ASMs and several executives.

- Counter strategy to take on the opponents in a fiercely competitive market.

- Target based sales.

- Depot Management

Desired work experience

- Minimum 18-22 Years with at least 5 to 7 years as Profit Center Head in a company of at least 50 Crores with an excellent track record of sales and man management.

- The Company is an Industry leader and is planning to introduce a range of new plumbing, sanitary and drainage products in the next 6 to 8 months. The candidate must be prepared to take up the challenges. Knowledge of Hindi is a must for operating in Maharashtra.
