Workplace Technologies (Senior) Consultant – End Point Protection

Location: Noida, India

Reporting Manager - Workplace Technologies Practice Head

Primary responsibilities are :

- Work as part of Business Productivity services Global Practice which is responsible for Engineering services, new solution development, creating best practices, driving standardization, enabling delivery with recruitments and trainings

- As Technology Consultant, drive solutions development pertaining to End Point Protection

- Anti-malware

- Anti-spyware

- Personal firewalls

- Host-based intrusion prevention

- Port and device control

- Full-disk and file encryption, also known as mobile data protection

- Endpoint data loss prevention (DLP)

- Vulnerability assessment

- Implement or Supervise these new solutions implementations first time in Geographies

- Creating Global Best Practices for Transition, Transformation and Service Delivery steady state

- Creating those best practices in close alignment with ITIL and HCL Gold Blue Print processes

- Creating reference architecture, technical white papers for the technologies used

- Global Best practices for Manpower and other resources sizing

- Evaluation of new and emerging technologies

- This position requires the ability to work in Global environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
- Enable delivery teams with trainings, hiring of technical people for the given technologies

Skills, Experience and Qualification Required for the Position :

Minimum Qualification –

- B.Tech or B.E or equivalent degree

- Experience – 10+ years in Infrastructure Management experience and relevant Technical experience of 5+ years

Technical Skills:

Excellent (Level 3) understanding on

- Any two EPP solutions and management of those solutions for enterprise solutions – Symantec, McAfee or Trend End Point Protection Solutions

- Windows Client Operating Systems

Good understanding (Level 2) on

- LAN and WAN technologies

- Firewall and security aspects
