Senior Consultant - Sales, (Exp only in selling HR Solutions) Bangalore

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :

- Professional who has attained a minimum technical proficiency in a consulting specialty for HR solutions and has a flair for sales.

- Work as part of the sales team to identify and target specific clients, respond to client calls and requests and prepare proposals.

- Participate in project scoping discussion, problem solving and Integration of solutions to client problems.

- Prepare & execute Sales Plan.

- Identify target clients

- Prepare proposals based on scoping discussions in partnership with solution team

- Grow the business

- Education : M.B.A / Post Graduate degree in relevant field

- Minimum 6 to 8 years of work experience of which at least 4 years is post MBA.

- Consulting sales experience preferable

- Industry experience and consulting experience across different content area(s) preferable

- Ability to travel and work at client locations (25%).
