Project Program Management Senior Consultant

- Responsible for leading a cross-functional new service offer/solution development team to deliver industry-leading global offers and/or solutions for the Applications and BPO Services business. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all programs within application services, in full compliance with appropriate product development methodology.

- Additionally, Lead the product development core teams, and establish & control the master schedule, functional plans and all status tracking artifacts. Establish operational guidelines, anticipate risks, put appropriate mitigation and contingency plans in place

Profile of a desirable candidate

- Overall 12-15 years’ experience in the IT industry Strong understanding of the application services, industry trends and market outlook

- 5-7 years of product/solution management experience for an enterprise software or services company

- Strong technical background in areas pertaining to Application services

- Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively interface with customers and executive management

- Must have experience with cross-functional teams that include development, sales, and marketing teams

- Graduation in Technical Degree. MBA from tier-1 Business Schools
