Senior Consultant - Finance Transformation & Shared Services

Extensive exp in the following function areas:-

- Shared Services Strategy

- Shared Services Design and Implementation

- Finance Function Strategy

- Finance Process Improvement

- Business Performance and Business Intelligence

- Finance Function Integration

Role & Responsibility:

- Spearhead small internal client facing teams and guide them to solution / delivery by executing the tasks that are part of overall assignment; lead modules of the engagement in small parts; interact with and present ideas / new perspectives to senior client personnel.

- Play a leading role in preparation of proposals and commercial bids. Contribute in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the Management Consulting practice across domains and industrial sectors.

- Effectively deliver tasks on projects as guided - in design, development, delivery and assistance with implementation of business advise / solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice

- Effectively engage client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks / project delivery and provide new perspectives / insights

- To monitor the performance of team members and provide them constant guidance and opportunities to explore new areas

- Initiate the process for specialization in any one industrial sector or solution area so as to have an independent point of view on the selected sector / solution that serves as the foundation for client service

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (full time) - (IIM's, XLRI, FMS, ISB, SP Jain, NITIE, JBIMS, NMIMS, MDI & equivalent premier institutes)

- post qualification experience
