Job Profile:

- Would be responsible for Operational Excellence and business process improvement consulting assignments.

- Would deliver various trainings around Lean Six Sigma and consulting assignments as per the client requirements.

- Responsible for implementing lean six sigma initiatives across the organization.

- Should have exposure around Customer Service, back office, voice process covering Business Consulting, Quality, Operations and Auditing.

- Responsible for delivery of Business analytics, improvement and process simulation projects for the clients.

- Prefer candidates having experience in the BPO/ITES industry.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certification - MUST
