We have been engaged by Leading Consulting firm for below manpower requirement:

Job Location : Doha,Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities require a combination of management, consultancy and technical skills to:

- Function as an SME for MS Dynamics (ERP and CRM) related engagements. Identify client needs and support the development of the commercial proposal to meet their business requirements

- Take responsibility for (and where appropriate lead) activities within multiple engagement types spanning a broad IT advisory spectrum

- Utilise proven project management tools and processes to ensure project quality / control

- Plan, estimate, manage and deliver to time and budget one or more elements of major projects or, small projects entirely (possibly with multiple clients), to realise maximum benefit for a client with minimised risk

- Manage and deliver the direction, priorities, scope and plan for key elements of (multiple) project(s) or, small projects entirely, potentially including a number of 3rd parties, to realise maximum benefit for a client

- Identify, analyse, mitigate and proactively respond to project, financial and operational risks; both real and anticipated

- Sustain an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team to achieve project / team goals to realise value for a client

- Manage the tracking and reporting on key solution delivery metrics for one or more projects

- Communicate project status effectively and appropriately to convey key messages and escalate issues as appropriate

- Recognise, support and capitalise on individual differences in work-styles, personalities, cultures and values to maximise team performance and effectively achieve personal and team goals

Experience:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following areas (MS Dynamics ERP Implementation experience is a must):

- 2-3 yrs. of Implementation/Project Management experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Packages (Axapta/Navision). At least 2 end to end implementations in any of the MS Dynamics ERP Packages is required

- 3-4 of experience in Microsoft CRM is highly preferred. Experience in other CRM package would also be considered

- Experience of working in Microsoft related technologies (MS .NET, MS Exchange server, MS SQL, MS Share Point) is highly preferred

- Knowledge of architecture methodologies, standards, frameworks and tools

- Capable of executing IT Led financial transformation programs like ERP implementation, Quality assurance and Project management of IT projects

- Understanding and experience across the systems implementation lifecycle

- Development of strategies, roadmaps and transformation

- Vendor or technology selection and procurement

- Working in close partnership with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels to align IT to business needs

Skills & Attributes:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate key skills and qualifications in one or more of the following areas:

- Functional expertise in one or more of MS Dynamics’ ERP modules (FM/SCM/PA/HCM etc.) is a must. Added expertise in MS CRM is a big plus

- MS Dynamics ERP certification(preferably functional) in one or more of its core modules is preferred

- Knowledge of MS Related technologies (Dot Net, Share Point etc.) is highly preferred

- Ability to map customer requirements to the product functionalities in MS ERP/CRM package to work out the configuration/customization strategies

- Knowledge of MS Dynamics Object model

- Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurship and a high work ethic

- The ability to challenge, adapt and be flexible

- Recognise, support and capitalise on individual differences in work-styles, personalities, cultures and values to maximise team performance and effectively achieve personal and team goals.

- Excellent people management and verbal and written communication skills. Capable of writing winning proposals. Expert on MS-Powerpoint and MS-Visio.

- Experience of working in GCC not essential but highly preferable

- Managing and leading teams
