Sr Consultant - Advisory Development

We are assisting a Big 4 Consulting firm who is looking to hire – Sr Consultant Global advisory for Gurgaon Location.

Mentioned are the required skill sets:

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, delivering professional services in an Advisory discipline.

- Excellent knowledge of Industry Reference Models (Target Operating models) across multiple industry sectors e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, Government, Energy and Utilities, etc.

- Training and/or Certification in Business Process Modelling (BPM) tools and technologies is a must (e.g., ARIS, Metastorm, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the development of industry reference models

- Review and validate the industry reference models and Client Target Operating Model’s for completeness and consistency

- Update the existing industry reference models with leading practices from APQC, regulatory guidelines, and KPI’s etc.

- Conduct in depth secondary research around industry reference models

- Provide support for updating the knowledge portal with latest content

- Understand and gather client requirements and convert them to business logic

- Support the development and deployment of service offerings (including marketing materials, methods, tools, and knowledge resources) in coordination with the Program/Project Managers
