Sr Consultant/Account Manager - HR Consulting - Managed Services

The HR Practice is a boutique HR consulting firm, with a highly differentiated service offering. Founded over 9 years ago at Bangalore by an XLRI alumnus Anu Sharma, the Firm has engaged with over 100+ corporations, supporting them in their Human Capital Management efforts. We have two distinct practices - Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others. Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as redBus.in as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM, SAP to name a few, we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories . The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Gurgaon and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.

Role Profile - Senior Consultant & Account Manager, Managed Services . The incumbent would lead a team of consultants, servicing multiple clients .

Location : Current requirements are for Mumbai.

The role scope :

The incumbent will manage client facing delivery role .

1. Delivering Managed Services and advisory services to assigned clients

2. Manage delivery of key client deliverables, through a team of consultants - strategic & operational basis the client context

3. Building own and team's capability.

Desired Profile

1. MBA in HR from a reputed institute

2. 8 - 14 years generalist HR experience with reputed organisations

3. Excellent verbal and written communications

4 Erstwhile Consulting Experience can be an advantage

5. Execution skills in a client facing environment
