Role: Senior Consultant / Manager
Function : Transaction & Restructuring
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct end to end financial due diligence
- Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis
- To undertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments reporting to a Manager or Director
- Write sections of an FDD / VDD report
- Analyse in depth the financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)
- Highlight unusual trends observations and frame questions for management
- Get involved in meetings with the target Management
- Review Databooks prepared in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project
- Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members
- Review the work performed by the subordinates and coach them
- To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development
Requirement:
- Minimum four years of experience(post qualification) in a Due Diligence
Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountants or holders of Masters degree in Business Administration from a reputed college with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline
