We have engaged by Leading Consulting Company for the below manpower requirement:

Designation: Sr. Consultant (Financial Advisory)

Job Location: Kuwait

Qualification: CA / MBA

Role Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of the candidate include:

1. Analyze financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analyses by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management, including finance, operations, human resources and marketing.

2. Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information. Assist in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination. Assist management in identifying pre/post-acquisition issues. Assist in preparing reports and schedules.

3. Perform industry and company research.

4. Develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. Direct the progress of fieldwork, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance.

5. Maintain a strong client focus by being responsive to client requests and developing/maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.

6. Stay informed of current business, economic and regulatory developments relevant to our clients.

7. Provide supervision and mentoring to engagement staff.

8. Assist in engagement administration, including maintaining files, managing timelines, and reporting hours and expenses for budgeting purposes.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent financial analytical skills

2. Ability to develop detailed and interactive financial models

3. Valuations including buy-side/sell-side valuations and intangibles valuations

4. Business, Commercial and Financial Due Diligence Reviews

5. Feasibility Studies and Business Plans

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to make persuasive recommendations and formally present or report information to all levels of management.

7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

8. Ability to work under time pressure

9. Understanding of complex transactions
