Job Description

Experience : 15 - 20 Years of experience in handling Commercial Management of commercial/hospitality projects preferably Hotel Projects

Location : Sri lanka

Compensation : Best in industry

Education : B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)

Industry Type :Construction / Engineering / Cement / Metals

Functional Area : Site Engineering, Project Management

Job Role

- Provide cost data inputs to the Pre-Construction team for the preliminary project budget.

- Prepare/manage tender and procurement schedule.

- Pre-qualify contractors and vendors.

- Prepare and float tenders for all work and client BOI (bought-out item) packages.

- Analyze tenders, negotiate with tenderers, and prepare recommendations to client.

- Set-up the project cost plan on the basis of preliminary budget and tenders received.

- Review and certify contractors RA bills and final statement.

- Manage change orders and all contract administration.

- Monitor capital expenditures and prepare cash flow forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports, budgets, cost plans, change/variation orders.

- Contractor management skills, including demonstrable negotiation skills and inter-personal skills is a pre-requisite.
