We are currently looking for CA/ ICWA ( with MBA-Fin ) qualification for Patna location .

Roles & Responsibilities :

Municipal Accounting System and Reforms

- Maintenance and Supervision of field level survey for all tangible and intangible assets of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)

- Assessment of capital work in progress

- Valuation of Assets of ULBs

- Preparation of year-end Financial Statements for different years for the ULBs

- Preparation, maintenance and regular assistance in maintenance of all relevant/statutorily required Registers, Ledgers and Books of Accounts

- Resolving AG, Audit paras and make necessary adjustments in ULBs’ Books of Accounts

- Handholding support (including comprehensive training and capacity development) to help ULBs in sustaining Double Entry Accounting System (DEAS) including Asset Accounting and implementing accrual-based Accounting System

Project Finance and Bid Process Management

- Preparation of project Financial Viability Report, Project Information Memorandum, Bid Documents and Bid Process Management
