Sr. Chief Manager - for a Leading Indian MNC Bank

Reporting into AGM :

- Implementation of RBI Guidelines

- Updation of compliance Checklists/FAQs

- Regulatory Interactions on references arising from business interactions

- Review of committee notes

- Participation in committee meetings

- Handling RBI correspondence

- Handling specific regulatory queries

- Handling critical queries, FCRM queries

- Vetting of customers complaint/ ICMC/Incognito letters

- Implementing regulatory directions

The job card for other profile of Compliance Monitoring Function :

- Quarterly monitoring plan roll out & conducting reviews

- Key review findings update to Compliance/Audit Committee

- Review of committee notes

- Handling specific regulatory queries

- Risk based supervision Inherent risk and control gap framework

- Implementing regulatory directions

- A chartered accountant with good analytical skills and communication skills can suit the requirement.

- The candidate should also be comfortable working on databases as a part of compliance monitoring function.

- Also good drafting skills are necessary for both the profiles.
