Responsibilities:

- Process definition and design

- Understand and create functional requirements Document, define and review detailed business and functional requirements

- Requirements gathering and documenting them

- Configure applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies

- Presales experience required

- Strong in RFP/ RFI

- Lead and Opportunity Mangement, Project Delivery, Receivables and Invoicing

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Significant consulting/client facing experience

- Keen attention to detail

- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities

- At least 2+ years of experience in Changepoint Systems.

- Understanding of Business Analytics and the metrics that drive management decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such metrics.
