Job description:

Work location: Hyderabad

5-8 years experience in US IT -bench sales.

- Recruiter will support our company's efforts to place bench candidates for multiple clients nationwide

- Placing technical professionals nationwide for contract and project based positions.

- Review and format resumes, qualify bench candidates and negotiate rates

- Build strong network of clients for bench placements, gain market intelligence, leverage existing talent pool for referrals and contacts.

- Should have Knowledge on US Taxation and immigration Terms

- Responsible for working with direct clients / direct marketing as well with layers / subcontracting/Tier 1 Vendors.

- Should Maintain strong relations ship with candidates and Vendors
