Position of Sr. Manager - Business Development on offer with a leading NBFC at their corporate office in Pune. Details of the position are as follows:

Organisation - A leading NBFC

Designation - Sr. Manager - Business Development (Home Loan)

Reports to - National Head - Sales, Mortgage (Home Loan)

Business - Mortgage

Location - Corporate Office - Pune

CTC Offered - Upto 15 LPA fixed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage with Developers to build and strengthen relationship.

- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of Developers are timely addressed.

- Do fresh tie up with Developers.

- Design and execute promotion schemes with Developers.

- Design/Build and execute Subvention business with Select Developers.

- Ensure sustained growth from under construction business.

- Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.

- Resolve partner query’s to the best possible satisfaction of partner.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Qualification - MBA Full Time

Age - Not more than 30 years

Experience - Min. 3 Years in home loan sales and exposure to handling Builder Relationships

Current CTC - Not less than 8 LPA. CANDIDATES WITH CTC < 8 LPA KINDLY DON'T APPLY.
