Title: Senior Manager (Business Development)
Reporting to: DGM (Business Development)
Required Candidate Profile:
- Experience of more than 7 years in the sales/business development function
- Experience within the Facility Management industry is a must
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Market Research and looking for new business opportunities.
- Generating leads for new business.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
- Making presentations, meeting clients and convincing clients for contracts.
- Negotiating commercials and closing business deals.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Coordinating with HOD other technical departments for deal finalization.
- Achieving targets set by the reporting managers.
