Educational Background

- Engineering Degree/Extensive technology experience required.

- MBA preferred.

Experience Background

Must Have

- Around 10-15 years of successful Sales experience of which at least 6-10 focussed on the Indian market.

- Experience in selling technology solutions preferably in a system integration company, with experience in working with partner companies, OEMs etc.

- Must have experience working in top tier Indian services firm or MNC

- Strong commercial skills - structuring and negotiating complex contracts

- Proven track record in generating revenue /meeting targets.

Nice to Have

- Experience in selling to government/defense segments

Strong Nice to Have

- Security Industry experience
