Senior Banking Business Analyst Lead

Role:

- Leading a team of business analysts

- Requirements elicitation

- Requirements Analysis & Documentation Expertise

- Understanding and Experience in functional testing

- At least one complete SDLC experience from requirements elicitation to user acceptance testing

- Use Case & Domain modelling

Requirements:

- 12+ yrs of experience in Banking or as a functional consultant/ business analyst in IT with experience in leading a team of business analysts

- Should have good knowledge of banking, especially credit products

- Certifications in risk management would be an added advantage, though not necessary

- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
