- Hands-on experience in all stages of model development(implementation, validation and monitoring)
- Experience with techniques like Basket Analysis, Clustering, Hypothesis Testing, Linear Regression

- SAS 9.2, SPSS, SAS E-Miner, PLSQL, MS Excel, Moody’s RiskCalc, Logistic regression, VBA Macros, Excel, SSIS
Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
- Analytical tools (SAS and MS-Excel 2007) for Business Process Flows
- Data Extraction: Draw structured and unstructured data from different sources, including real-time streams, and understood it to add value to the business.
- Data Mining: Mine vast variety of merchant characteristic and financial data to find out the metrics which could be useful in modelling the best approach to target new merchants.
- Addressed core business problems like why does the lead generation process is largely ineffective in acquiring merchants but direct communication is more effective
- Initiated and lead a Know your Merchant project where the salespersons feedback of a merchant is compared against merchant's actual performance.
- Brainstorm with various teams supporting merchant data to consolidate metrics for creating a common pool of data rather than having multiple disjoint layers of data
- Provide fresh marketing insights to the high profile merchants based on their customer data so that they can understand the customer's spending behaviour and plan their stratifies more appropriately.
- Part of Employee Engagement Activity Team (EEAT).The Team organizes Events and Team Building activities for engaging and motivating employees.
