Sr Associate/Manager - Financial Reporting/Analysis

Basic Purpose & Responsibilities:

- Under the guidance of the Team Officer coordinate and substantiate the compilation of the monthly FTE, productivity analysis. Escalate issues as and when they arise.

- Work with the team Officer teams to implement new baseline methodologies

- Analyse joint venture staff attrition to identify - client hot spots- and address to the respective Team Officer

- Gather the data required for the monthly Joint venture reporting. Work with the onshore business units and ensure they are delivering their input on a timely basis.

- Create and maintain database of functions, headcount, business owners both onshore and offshore and use as source for all headcount and related reporting.

- Work closely with the joint ventures key personnel on ad hoc and standard tasks.

- Support the Vice President in upcoming migrations to and from the joint ventures

- In conjunction with the project teams deliver task level plans for projects and weekly project updates
